Tracking Information

Any US order placed after 10am will be processed on the following working day. Within an hour of your order being shipped, you will receive an automated email with a UPS tracking number and information on how to track your order's progress to your door.  If you have not received a tracking number please contact us at tracking@electronicsbonanza.com. Note: orders shipping Internationally, to NON-CONTIGUOUS US states or to PO Boxes, require a week to process. If you require your order to ship out quicker in any of these cases please contact us after placing your order.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship using UPS Ground within the Continental US. (You will receive an automated email from UPS directly within 24 hours after your item has been shipped). We can ship USPS but only to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO addresses.  For these and other locations, please see below for international shipping instructions. Express Shipping is also available for an additional charge (Next Day, 3rd Day, and 2nd Day shipping).  Please see our website to determine these costs.  Occasionally very large items will have to be shipped via a Trucking Company due to excessive weight or dimensions and there may be an additional charge for this service.   If so, this will be clearly stated on the actual auction.

Returns & Exchange Policy
 


All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our inspection criteria, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer (at the customers expense) and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

* Products which are improperly packaged
* Products returned to electronicsBonanza.com in non-qualified shipping container
* Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
* Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
* Products or packages with barcode label removed
* Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on your package (stored in our database)
* DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
* DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
* DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
* DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
* CPU’s, notebooks and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return



Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. 
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.
ElectronicsBonanza.com shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.


1) Incorrect Item
If you have been shipped the incorrect item we will send you a UPS label to return it. 
When it returns you will have the option to be refunded or for the correct item to be shipped to you.
The item must be returned to us in the state it was received, within 30 days of shipment.
Items must be in original packaging, in new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards,
manuals and accessories and have no physical damage.


2) Defective Returns
Defective products may be exchanged
for the identical item only, within 30 days from shipping date. We will replace the item, or returned components, exactly as it is shipped to us. 


3) Non-Defective Returns
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by electronicsBonanza.com to product manufacturers may, at electronicsBonanza.com’s sole discretion, be accepted for return.
If the item is in New condition (determined at the discretion of our shipping dept), in the original box you can exchange or return any item you purchase from us for a partial refund (minus any applicable shipping charges) within 30 days of shipping. The amount refunded will be determined by our returns department, and will vary with each item.
Items must be in original packaging, in new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories and have no physical damage.

4) Late or Used Returns
Items that are returned more than 30 days after shipping, or that are in a used condition
that are returnable by electronicsBonanza.com to product manufacturers may, at electronicsBonanza.com’s sole discretion, be accepted for return. If the item has been used, or are missing parts will only be accepted at our discretion, and will be charged a restocking fee (determined at our discretion - approx 20%)

5) Manufacturer Restrictions
Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent electronicsBonanza.com from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. Products from manufacturers such as Canon, Pentax, Numark, Fuji, Sony and Apple,  and others are not returnable to electronicsBonanza.com FOR ANY REASON.  All support as well as exchanges or replacements for DEFECTIVE merchandise, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer (please contact us first however before returning item to the manufacturer).  Electronicsbonanza.com cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for ANY product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any DEFECTIVE item missing the UPC sticker.

6) Return Merchandise Authorization Number
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by our returns department. Please e-mail us at support@ElectronicsBonanza.com to receive your RMA #. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you at your cost.

7) Shipment of Returns
We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” electronicsBonanza.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion electronicsBonanza.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.
 

8) Cancellation of Orders
If you have cancelled your order after it has been process for shipping it will be handled as a NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN if you decide to return the item to us.  Please note that cancellations by email
may not be read on the same day it was sent.

9) Undeliverable Packages
If you the addressed supplied is an undeliverable address you will not be refunded shipping charges and will be charged additional shipping charges if you wish us to re-ship the item to a corrected address.

10) If Your Return does not qualify
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you (at your cost). Please call us at
electronicsBonanza.com to discuss alternative resolutions for difficulties with products not qualifying for return or exchange.

Warranty Information

All products sold by ElectronicsBonanza.com come with a Full Warranty.   Most are offered directly by the manufacturer.  Occasionally, a manufacturer will not honor a warranty if sold on Ebay.  In these circumstances, we will honor the warranty ourselves and provide either a free repair or replacement at no extra charge for the same amount of time as the manufacturer's warranty.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses within NY State will be charged the local tax rate of 8.75%.  Orders shipped to any other location will be shipped tax free.  If you have resale or tax exempt status, please contact us to place your order tax free.

 

Availability

We strive to keep every item we sell in stock for immediate delivery and most items SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS!  An item advertised on Ebay does not necessarily guarantee an item will be shipped out the same day however.  In the rare event an item can not be shipped within a reasonable time-frame or for any other reason is considered "backordered," you will be promptly notified.  Customers will have the option of  waiting for the item to ship, accepting the immediate shipment of a similar or superior substitution or the customer may request an immediate refund.

 

Typographical Errors

We try to be as accurate as possible in our listings, however, sometimes accidents will happen. Please Note: We are NOT responsible for typographical errors.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, ElectronicsBonanza.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. ElectronicsBonanza.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been sent. If a payment has already been sent, a full refund will be immediately issued.

 

Pick-ups

To save on shipping charges, we do allow pick-ups for a small handling fee but you must contact us first to schedule an approximate time.  We will then have the item and your receipt ready for you.

 

Hours

We are open Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM and on Fridays 9 AM to 3 PM.  We are closed on major US holidays.  If you send an e-mail or call us outside of regular business hours, you may not receive a response until the next business day.
